Anyone can say they're a plumber. At Fixoo, we check that it's true. Before showing up in results, every professional goes through an internal verification process.
We don't list someone because they paid. We list them because they meet the criteria we've set. And if a tradesperson gets repeated complaints, they get suspended, regardless of their subscription.

Response time depends on your location, the trade requested and professional availability. You get a notification as soon as a professional responds to your request.
Professionals can create their profile for free in the Fixoo directory. The Pro plan at 39 EUR per year lets them receive client requests and access the CRM. Fixoo is funded primarily through professional subscriptions and clearly identified partnership offerings. This model lets us stay independent and avoid conflicts of interest between our different users.
Yes. Only homeowners who actually contacted a tradesperson through Fixoo can leave a review. Reviews can't be deleted by tradespeople - only by our moderation team if a review turns out to be fraudulent or inappropriate. Tradespeople can publicly respond to a review, but they can't make it disappear.
The work contract is directly between you and the tradesperson - Fixoo is not a party to the job. In case of a dispute, you have your usual options (mediation, legal warranty). What Fixoo can do is look into your report and suspend a tradesperson if they rack up justified complaints.
You can create and fill out your profile for free before subscribing. You get a preview of available requests in your area to gauge the potential. The Pro plan at 39 EUR per year is activated when you choose to receive client requests and access the CRM.
