We don't publish just anyone. Before a professional is visible on Fixoo, our team checks their identity, their BCE company number and the consistency of their profile. Additional checks may cover professional liability insurance, qualifications and reviews. The verification level achieved is shown on each profile.

If a professional caused you problems, no longer responds, or their behavior doesn't match what their profile suggested, you can report it to us. Our team processes every report within 48 hours. A professional who accumulates founded complaints is suspended from the site, whether they've paid their subscription or not.

The Fixoo badge
What does "Fixoo Certified" mean?
On every professional profile, you can see a "Fixoo Certified" badge. It's not a sticker we hand out to every subscriber. It's a label a professional earns after passing the verification steps (identity, company, professional liability insurance where applicable, qualifications and reviews), maintaining an average rating above 4.5 out of 5, and receiving at least 10 verified reviews from customers.
This badge is automatically removed if the rating drops or if reports are confirmed. There's no way to buy it or keep it "by default". That's what gives it value.
Transparent indicators
Fixoo is currently building its network in Belgium. Our satisfaction and performance indicators will be published once the volume of requests, interventions and reviews allows us to present sufficiently representative results.
